摘要
目的 探讨应用双侧髂内动脉灌注化疗加放疗治疗晚期宫颈癌的方法及疗效观察。方法 选择 5 3例晚期宫颈癌 (Ⅲb 期 5 1例、Ⅵa 期 2例 )患者 ,放疗前 1周实施双侧髂内动脉灌注化疗 ,然后再行正规放疗 ,观察其疗效、毒副反应。结果 双侧髂内动脉灌注化疗后 2周临床症状缓解率达 83 %。双侧髂内动脉灌注化疗加放疗的近期有效率 (肿块消退率 )达 10 0 %。结论 对晚期宫颈癌患者放疗前采用双侧髂内动脉灌注化疗可有效地杀灭肿瘤细胞 ,降低放疗剂量 。
Objective To study the method and curative effect of transcatheter arterial infusion(TAI)and radiotherapy treatment for advanced cervical cancer.Methods 53 cases of advanced cervical carcinoma were treated with TAI first,radiotherapy second;then the curative effect,toxic and side effects were observed and evaluated.Results Two weeks later,the remission rate of TAI treatment was 83%,and the effective rate in the future was 100%.Conclusions Treatment for advanced cervical carcinoma with TAI and radiotherapy may improve the survival rate and reduce radiotherapy-dose.
