摘要
天花粉蛋白是从瓜萎根块中提得的一种蛋白,具有抑制人癌细胞生长作用。本实验中显示天花粉可以抑制肺癌细胞株(A549)、大肠癌细胞株(HT-29),骨肉癌细胞株(HOS)和人羊膜细胞株(WISH)生长,其IC_(50)分别为18.3,42.1,41.4和79.7μg/ml。以上结果中天花粉蛋白对癌细胞的 IC_(50)明显低于正常羊膜细胞,说明对癌细胞具有选择性。本药对以上细胞的杀伤作用较弱,当剂量为200μg/ml 时对 HT-29,A549和 WISH 的IC_(50)仅分别为11.5%,4.4%和9.3%。
Trichosanthin is a protein extracted from the root of trichosanthes kirilowii Maxin with an inhibition effect on the growth of cancer cells.In the experiment,the anthors observed the inh- ibition effect of trichosanthin on the growth of lung cancer cells(A549),colon carcinoma cells (HT-29),osteo-sareoma cells(HOS)and human amnion cells(WISH),the IC_(50)being 18.3,42.1, 41.4 and 79.7pg/ml respectively.The fact that IC_(50)of cancer cells was significantly lower than that of human amnion cells,indicated its possession of selective inhibition effect on cancer cells.Besides,trichosanthin was shown weak effect in killing colon cancer cells,lung cancer cells and human amnion cells.The killing of trichosanthin with 200μg/ml came to those cells only 11.5%,4.4% and 9.3% respectively.
