摘要
研究了超声波对两种不同结晶形态的四钼酸铵结晶过程的影响 ,揭示了超声波对钼酸铵溶液结晶的晶型、热化学性质和晶体形貌的影响规律。研究表明 ,对于结晶速度较慢的反应体系 ,超声波的影响是非常显著的。无超声波作用下需 2 4～ 4 8h制得产物 ,而在超声波作用下只需 10～ 2 0min即可完成。超声波对结晶产物的晶体形貌均有显著的影响 ,无超声作用下制得的样品颗粒大而不均匀 ,超声作用下制得的样品颗粒细而均匀。
The crystalline , thermochemistry property and crystal appearance of ammonium tetramolybdate under ultrasonic were discussed. The results indicate that the ultrasonic has a great effect on slow chemical reaction system . The crystallization time to the slow chemical reaction system is shortened from 24～48?h to 10～20?min under ultrasonic and the crystal becomes more homogeneous under ultrasonic.
