铬对Fe-P-C系非晶晶化过程的影响

摘要 用热分析法测定了Fe-P-C-Cr系几种非晶合金的DTA曲线,通过这些曲线的变化可看出不同铬含量对晶化温度及晶化过程的影响。此外,还做了晶化前后各样品的穆斯堡尔谱分析,从而获得晶化过程及晶化相的相关信息。 Thermal analyses for the Fe-P-C-Cr amorphous alloys were performed and their DTA curves were obtained. The influence of chromium on the crystallization temperature as well as the process has been revealed by analyzing the DTA curves. The Mossbauer spectra analysis of amorphous Fe-P-C-Cr samples was carried out, the relation information on the crystallization process and crystallized phases can therefore be obtained.
