摘要
针对外刊资源缺乏的状况,提出外文期刊的多元化保障模式,认为各馆要根据自身基础和优势选择不同的外刊资源。
Presents the multidimensional model of guarantee to the needs for foreign periodicals at libraries in view of the shortage of foreign periodicals and points out that each library should choose different foreign periodicals resources according to its own base and superiorities.
