卵巢过度刺激综合征相关因素探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨与卵巢过度刺激综合征 (OHSS)发生、发展有关的因素以指导临床治疗。方法 对自 1999年7月 1日~ 2 0 0 0年 12月 31日于本院辅助生育技术研究室接受体外受精 -胚胎移植 (IVF- ET)治疗发生中、重度 OHSS与未发生 OHSS患者的各项临床资料进行比较。结果 中、重度 OHSS组与非 OHSS组相比 ,存在年龄轻 ,体重指数(BMI)小 ,基础卵泡数多 ,促超排卵 (COH)后血雌激素 (E2 )值高 ,获卵数多 ,卵巢大 ,卵裂率高 ,妊娠率高的倾向 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 对有以上因素患者进行严密监测 ,及早采取适当治疗措施 ,可有效预防 Objective To study the correlation factors of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods Compare the clinical data of patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF ET)in whom moderate and severe OHSS develops with those in whom it does not develop.Results Comparing with non OHSS patients,the moderate and severe OHSS patients have the tendency of younger,lower body mass index(BMI),more number of basal follicles,higher level of E 2 after controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH),more number of oocytes retrieved,larger ovarian size,higher rate of cleavage and higher rate of pregnancy.Conclusion Judicious monitoring and treatments of patients who had factors informed should prevent and reduce the complication of OHSS.
