摘要
目的 探讨泰素加卡铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒性。方法 对 33例应用泰素加卡铂治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者进行分析。结果 泰素加卡铂的总有效率 4 8.5 % ,其中鳞癌 5 0 %有效 ,腺癌 4 5 .8%有效 ;初治者有效率 5 2 .9% ,复治者有效率 4 3.8% ;既往曾用 DDP化疗者有效率 4 6 .7%。结论 泰素和卡铂联合治疗非小细胞癌是一种安全、有效、值得临床推广应用的化疗方案。
Objective To study the efficacy and toxiocities of Taxol and Carboplatin on the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Analysis of 33 cases of NSCLC treated by Taxol and Carboplatin.Results The overall response rate of this treatment method was 48 5%.The response rate was 50% for squamous carcinoma,45 8% for adenous carcinoma,52 9% for chemotherapy naive patients,43 8% for treated patients.For patients who had been treated by DDP contained regimen,the response rate was 46 7%.Conclusion Combination of Taxol and Carboplatin is a kind of safe?effective chemotherapeutic regimens for the treatment of NSCLC and is worth being used widely.
