血管生成及其调节与子宫内膜癌 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤的生长与转移依赖于血管生成。血管生成的开关受血管生成因子和血管生成抑制因子双重调节。使这些调节因子变化的因素包括基因改变、缺氧、炎症反应、性激素和止血系统改变等。血管生成对子宫内膜癌的发生、进展及预后起重要作用,其开关的调节与多种血管生成调节因子有关,并且肿瘤相关巨噬细胞、p53基因及雌、孕激素和三苯氧胺参与了子宫内膜癌中血管生成的调控。抗血管生成治疗可能成为预防和治疗子宫内膜癌的新途径。
