摘要
二棘血蜱唾液提取物(SGE)经十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)显示出22条蛋白带,其中主带有5条,分子量分别为215 KD、114 KD、105 KD、66 KD、和52 KD。用二棘血蜱叮刺家兔后兔血清做免疫印渍,特异性抗原带168 KD、152 KD、105 KD 和98 KD。推测二棘血蜱168 KD、152 KD、105 KD 和98 KD 的蜱唾液腺蛋白抗原能够有效地诱导宿主产生获得性免疫力。
The salivary gland extracts of Haemaphysalis bispinosa showed 22 protein bands and protein sub- units in SDS-PAGE. There were 5 main bands with molecular weights 215, 114,105,98,66and 52 KD respectively. The specific tick antigens were recognized by rabbits sera after infected by Haemap- physalis bispinosa three times in immunoblotting. The main molecular weights of specific antigen bands were 168,152,105and 98 KD. The results suggest that the salivary gland protein antigen of Haema- physalis bispinosa with 168,152,105,and 98 KD may effectively induce acquired immunity of the host.
