摘要
在先天性白内障手术中,能将足够大的晶体前囊完整切除,既可以克服抽吸皮质时所遇到的困难,又可以避免由于对晶体囊膜的牵拉而增加对周边部视网膜的牵引力。对预防术后发生后发性白内障和视网膜脱离有着十分重大的意义。然而,国内目前使用的截囊刀,破囊钩和自制的破囊针头,均由于反复长期使用,其锐利程度差,未能达到上述要求。Nd:YAG 激光的出现,给晶体前襄按预计的大小完整地切除带来了美好的前景,使原来使用器械破囊时感到困难的手术步骤成为轻而易举的操作。
Nd:YAG laser anterior capsulotomy was performed on 24 patie-nts (32 eyes) with congenital cataract in preoperative 1 to 24 hours.The opening of the anterior capsulotomy was 6 mm in diameter,usedlaser energy ranged 0.7 to 1.0mj,36 to 45 fractures were made in theanterior capsule.The result showed that Nd:YAG laser anteriorcapsulotomy could open reliably and completely the anterior capsulein 6 mm diameter,the lens cortex was aspirated easily.Nd:YAGlaser anterior capsulotomy was more effective and safer than the can-opener anterior capsulectomy with self-made bent needle.
