摘要
报告6例胰腺囊性肿瘤,并就其诊断,治疗及病理进行初步讨论。
Cystatic tumor of pancreas including cystadenoma and cystadenoearcinoma is rare. Six Cases (3 are cystadenoearcinoma 1 cystadenoma and 2 cystadenoma with malignant change)are reported here. These tumors used to be mistaken for pancreatic pseudocyst. Relevant references have been reviewed and the diagnosis and treatment of such tumors are discussed.
