摘要
报告27例孤立性骨囊肿,皆经手术治疗及病理证实。其中男19例,女8例,男女之比约2.4∶1;25岁以前发病19例,占70.3％;病变在股骨近端者占51.9％。治疗以刮除并植骨为主。随访19例,平均4年零7个月,未见复发。手术治疗效果较好。并就诊断、治疗及复发率进行讨论。
Twenty-seven patients with unicameral bone cysts were treated surgically and comfirmed pathologically. Among tyem nineteen were male and eight female (approximate ratio 2.4 : 1 ). 19 patients (70.3%) were under 25 years old. About 51.9% of the patients had lesions at the proximal end of the femur. Most of the patients were treated by curettage and grafting, Follow-up records of 19 cases showed recurrence in 4 months to 11 years, with an average of 4 years and 7 months. The effect of surgical treatment proved to be satisfactory. The diagnosis,treatment and recurrence rate were discussed.
