摘要
本文采用3H-TdR掺入法,微量CPE法及ABC免疫染色对26例中晚期原发性肝癌(PHC)患者及30名正常献血员外周血的IL-2、IFN-γ活性及IL-2R表达检测分析发现,PHC患者的IL-2IFN-γ活性及IL-2R表达均显著低于正常人,且IL-2与IFN-γ及IFN-γ与IL-2R间呈显著正相关。表明PHC患者细胞因子免疫调节网络可能存在严重抑制或紊乱,这可能与PHC的形成和发展有关。作者认为,若能合理应用IL-2及IFN-γ等生物反应调节剂来改善病人的细胞免疫状态,可能会取得较好的抗瘤效果。
Interleukin 2(IL-2), interferen-r(IFN-r) and IL-2 receptor(IL-2R) expression of 26 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) were measuredby 3H-TdR uptake assay, cytopathic effect inhibition method and ABC staining. IL-2, IFN-r and IL-2R in the patients and the controls were observed. This study suggests that the immune suppres sion in the PHC patientsmmay be associated with pathogenesis of PHC and the immune state in the PHC patients may be improved by administration of the biological response modulators.
