摘要
本文用细胞免疫组化法检测了表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）对癌基因ｃ－ｍｙｃ蛋白表达的作用，结果发现１０－６Ｍ的ＥＧＦ作用１２小时即可明显提高ＨＴ－２９细胞上ｃ－ｍｙｃ蛋白的表达，提示ＥＧＦ参与对癌基因ｃ－ｍｙｃ蛋白表达的调节。
We use celluar immunohistochemical method detect the effect of EGF to the expression of c-myc oncoprotein. Results show that:10-6 M reaction 12 hours can incress the expression of c-myc oncoprotein on HT-29 cell significently(P<0. 05). It suggest that :EGF can stimulate the expression of c-myc gene.
