老年特发性黄斑部视网膜前膜,是老年人无任何眼病引起者。我科近几年来,在临床工作中发现22例25眼,现报告如下。临床资料病例22例。男性19例,女性3例。右眼14眼,左眼11眼,双眼者3例。年龄60～92岁,60～70岁9例(11眼),71～80岁10例(11眼),81岁以上3例(3眼)。视力4.0～5.1(0.1～1.2)。矫正屈光度-8.25球～+3.00球。裸眼或矫正视力在5.
