摘要
采用特异胃动素(MTL)抗体,通过放射免疫法,对8例16~40周龄的人胎儿胃液、胆汁及胃、胆囊组织MTL含量进行探测。结果显示:胃液MTL含量为46.00±12.87pmol/L,胆汁MTL为29.89±15.45pmol/L;胃粘膜MTL为1.34±0.45pmol/g,胆囊MTL为0.87±0.32pmol/g。胃液、胃粘膜MTL含量分别高于胆汁及胆囊MTL水平,各P<0.05。相关分析显示:胃液与胃粘膜MTL含量、胆汁与胆囊MTL含量均呈显著正相关(n=8, r=0.8933,P<0.01;n=8,r=0.9016,P<0.01)。胃粘膜MTL含量与胎龄增长也有显著正相关关系,P<0.05。
The levels of the motilin(MTL)in the gastric fluid,bile and the tissues of stomach and gallbladder of 8 human fetus of 16 to 40 weeks old were measured by RIA with specific antibody a-gainst MTL. The results indicated that the concentration of MTL ia gastric fluid was 46. 00± 12. 87 pmol/L,28. 89±15. 45 pmol/L in the bile,1. 34±0. 45 pmol/g in the gastric membrane and 0. 87± 0. 32 pmol/g in the gallbladder. The levels of MTL in the gastric fluid and membrane are more than those in the bile and gallbladder (P<0. 05) respectively. The analysis of interrelation showed that the levels of MTL in gastric fluid and membrane are remarkably positive interrelated(n=8,r = 0. 8953,P <0. 01) ,so are those in bile and gallbladder n = 8,r=0. 9016,P<0. 01)and so are those in gastric membrane and the weeks of the fetus(P<0. 05).
