摘要
为探索不能耐受全程放疗的食管癌病人的外科治疗，在1989年1月～1996年12月期间选择26例病人进行外科手术治疗。结果表明：只要适应证掌握好，术前准备充分，术中精心操作，术后加强护理，仍能取得较好效果。
To investigate surgical treatment of esophageal cancer patients who were intoleran of overall radiotherapy. Method: From Jan. 1989 t0 Dec. 1996, 26 cases underwent surgery. Results: Favorable effects could be obtained by good indication control, thorough preoperative preparation, careful operation and postoperative nursing.
