摘要
单疱病毒性角膜炎(HSK)病人泪液SIgA 含量显著低下。以后又发现其泪液微量元素Zn 含量亦明显不足。为此,我们观察了HSK 病人泪液SIgA 和Zn 含量变化的规律,探索二者的内在联系,以及与HSK 发病的关系及眼局部体液免疫功能低下原因,从而寻求新的治疗方法,为Zn 剂治疗提供理论依据。
The tear SIgA and Zn levels of the 48 patients(60 eyes)with HSK and the 15 healthy persons (30 eyes) served as the control group were investig-ated by radioimmunoassy and atomic absorbtion spectrophotometry.Theresults showed that the tear SIgA(202.7±48.6mg/L)and Zn(15.6+5.8umol/L)levers of HSK patients were significantly lower than the control's (SIgA312.5±107mg/L,Zn 29.2±11.5umol/L).P<0.001.There is positive correla-tion between SIgA and Zn levels oftears in HSK patients(r=0.712,t=7.03,p<0.01).This indicate that zinc in tear is related to humor immunity ofeye surface.The lower tear zinc level may be one of reasons of the lowertear SIgA level in HSK.Therefore,we suggest that zinc should be suppliedto HSK in time besides applying antivirus and immunomodulator drugs.
