摘要
针对手写操作票和以往机制票系统存在的安全缺陷 ,提出了一种全过程安全控制的倒闸操作系统。带一次闭锁逻辑和二次保护逻辑、图形化的操作票生成过程可明显加快出票速度和保证安全性 ,在图形界面上进行操作票的逐项模拟操作可强化操作人员的操作印象和有效降低事故率 ,线路运行状态分析可保证操作票执行的正确性。
Aiming at the safe limitation of the manual operation order mode and the present computerized operation order sheet system,a switching operation order with total safe control is described The visual switching operation order sheet generation process with mainequipment lock logic and protection device safe logic can speed the sheet production and keep its security Step by step simulation in a graph interface can intensify the operatior's operation impression and reduce the accident prssibility markedly The analysis for substation's line run status safeguards the correct implementation for the switching operation order
