摘要
毛果云香硷使用已逾百年,至今仍是治疗青光眼的基本药物。对其长期使用所致的副作用越来越唤起人们的注意。眼部充血、房水闪辉等前部色素膜炎症表现是其重要的局部副作用之一。对此所进行的研究甚少,国外虽然有的学者提到过它对血一房水屏障有一定的影响,但未读到他们的专题报导,国内也未见以病人为观察对象的研究报告。开展此项研究对于认识毛果云香硷对血—房水屏障的影响,从而提出防治方法有重要意义。
At first,fluorescent concentrations of aoueous humor of 29 eyes of 29patients with primary angle closure glaucoma were investigated by fluoro-photometry.The mean was 24.03+8.35muA/mm^3.All of the patients,then,were divided into two groups at random:pilocarpin alone(15 cases)and pilocarpin with indomethacin (14 cases).1% pilocarpin was used inboth groups (q 6h),and indomethacin 25mg wasaadded in thelater group(tid).The drugs were used for 3 days consecutively.At the fourth day,the fluoresent concentrations were measured,the values of the two groupswere 62.08+9.03 and 35.60+9.79muA/mm^3 respectively、The differences between before and after pilocarpin and between the two groups were bothsignificant.These data showed that pilocarpin damaged the functionof the blood-aqueous barrier slightly and indomethacin inhibited thedamage toa certain extent.
