摘要
青光眼是常见的致盲眼病之一,其治疗方法不外药物和手术。但许多病人常因早期症状不明显,以至在长期高眼压的影响下,视功能发生严重损害,失去早期治疗的机会,甚至有的病人视野已发生明显缺损,而仍保持良好的中心视力。这些病人其视神经损害只要稍再发展,便会造成明显的中心视力丧失,此时如用药物不能控制眼压,就应积极慎重地考虑手术治疗,这一观点已逐渐被越来越多的眼科学家所接受。我院从1985年至1990年5月间进行此手术较多,治疗效果良好,现将108例手术病例和38例随访病例作一疗效分析。资料分析一。
Since 1985 immediate surgical effect small visual field glaucoma of108 patients (120 eyes) were recorded and 38 patients (39 eyes) were foll-owed up for 3 months to 5 years,in our hospital.The result showedthat the percentage of immediate operative success was 100% and thelong term operative success was 94.87%.Moreover,we found thatsecond increase in IOP and lens opacity can cause the decrease andloss of visual acuity after operation.Its incidence was related to theduration after operation.We recommended that surgical intervention be early adopted to sm-all visual fied glaucoma patients whose IOP can not be lowered.
