摘要
目的 探讨彩色多普勒 (CDFI)在布加氏综合征诊断与应用的价值。方法 回顾性分析 9例布加氏综合征的超声检查和下腔静脉造影 ,并与手术结果对照。结果 9例病例中超声检查与下腔静脉造影结果基本相符 ,并得到手术证实。结论 彩色多普勒超声检查可作为布加氏综合征的首选诊断方法 ,能清楚显示狭窄的部位、类型 。
S Objective To probe into the application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Budd Chiari Syndrome.Methods To analysis retropectively the correlation of the Color Doppler results of Budd Chiari and contrast them with the results of operations in 9 cases.Results The results of ultrasound were agreed with the results of inferior venacavography,both were proved with operations.Conclusion Color Doppler Ultrasound is the most important method of diagnosing Budd Chiari Syndrome,which can manifest the location and type of constriction and instruct clinic and observe the effect of operations conveniently.
