摘要
分析多种电子陶瓷材料的掺杂改性的实验结果 ,建立陶瓷材料的某一物理性能与晶体结构、烧结温度和掺杂剂含量之间的联系 ,归纳给出了一个掺杂最佳含量的表达式。应用此表达式定量计算了二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、氧化锌、二氧化锡、钛酸钡等部分电子陶瓷材料的最佳掺杂含量。
The experimental results of doping modified in varied electroceramics have been analyzed in this paper.The relationship among one of physical properties and crystal structure and the sintered temperature and doping content was set up.The expression of optimum doping content was obtained accordingly.Using this expression to calculate the optimum doping contents of silica and alumina and zinc oxide and tin oxide and barium-titanate.
