摘要
用正交法对新型二氧化碳共聚物聚 1,2 -亚丙基碳酸酯 (PPC)和天然橡胶 (NR)共混弹性体进行了初步的配方设计 ,筛选出优化配方。含 30 phr PPC,70 phr天然橡胶的共混弹性体拉伸强度为 18.9MPa,扯断伸长率为 75 5 %
The blends of carbon dioxide copolymer, PPC(polypropylene carbonate) with NR(nature rubber) was studied in this paper. The optimum formula of this elastomer was gained by using orthogonal experiments. The optimum formula is: NR 80, PPC 20, stearic acid 1.7 , 2 mercapto benzimidazloe 0.8 , 2 mercaptonbenzothiazole 0.6 , diphenyl guanidine 0.5 , sulfur 1.8 and dicumyl peroxide 2. The tensile strength of the result elastomer which contained 30 phr PPC was 18.9 MPa. The elongation at break was 755% .
