摘要 钛硅分子筛在环境友好工艺过程中发挥着越来越大的作用。该文以TPAOH为模板剂 ,TEOS、硅溶胶、无定形氧化硅为硅源 ,合成了TS - 1分子筛。重点考察了合成条件对TS - 1分子筛晶粒度的影响 ,并针对苯乙烯氧化反应体系分析了TS - Titanium silicate molecular sieves are playing an increasingly important role in environmental benign technology. Molecular sieve TS-1 has been synthesized by using TPAOH as template and TEOS, silica sol, amorphous silica as Si sources. The influences of synthetic conditions on crystal size of TS-1 are investigated with emphasis. And for styrene oxidation reaction,the influence of crystal size on catalytic performance is analyzed.
