摘要
为了解代谢综合征患者肾脏损害情况 ,对 38例代谢综合征患者进行了肾功能 (血清尿素氮、血清肌酐和血清尿酸 )测定和肾脏B型超声波检查 ,与正常对照进行比较分析 .结果 :患者血清尿素氮、血清肌酐和血清尿酸水平均明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) .B型超声波检查发现 ,患者中有 18例存在泌尿系结石 ,正常对照组中无泌尿系结石发现 .结果提示
Purpose: to study renal lesion. Method: to compare the values of creatinine, uric nitrogen and uric acid in blood and results of B type ultrasonic examination of 38 cases of metabolic syndrome(MS) in therapy group and those of 30 normal persons in control group. Results: the results showed that the Cr. value of MS group and control group is 118 02±14 4 and 65 27±13 61 respectively; the BUN value of MS group and control group is 8 53±1 45 and 4 03±1 91 respectively; the UA value of MS group and control group is 403 72±101 32 and 208 10±98 42 respectively, there is statistical significance in differences between above values of two groups(P<0 01). The results of B type ultrasonic examination showed that 18 male patients among 38 cases in MS group were detected to have urinary stone, and 4 out of them were detected to have hydronephrosis at different extent, while no urinary stone and renal lesion was detected in control group. Conclusions: therefore, clinical physicians should pay attention to renal lesion in MS patients, and should also make further examination of urinary patients to identify if they are suffering from MS so as to conduct therapy in accordance with the causes of diseases.ntsamong 38case
