用γ射线控制液位的单井自动量油系统

摘要 介绍了一种计算机控制的油田单井自动量油系统 ,它利用 γ射线和闪烁探测器来控制量油器中的液位 ,用高精度的差压器测量油水混合液的压力。计算机按程序控制打开和关闭通向量油容器的阀门 ,自动控制进液和排液 ,记录容器内液体到达控制液位的时间 ,并计算出含水率和油井每天的平均产量和累计产量 ;该系统可随意设定规模大小 ,最多可以对 15口油井进行计量 ;另外还可以实时监测输油管道的温度和压力 ,并具有报警功能 ;在量油过程中可实时显示工艺流程 ;根据需要可输出生产报表 ,并通过调制解调器将数据上传。采用 Windows98操作系统平台非常方便的用户界面 。 A measuring oil system to a well in petroleum filed, which is controlled by computer automatically, is described in this paper. In this system, a γ radiation source and a scintillation detector have been used to control the level of mixture liquid of oil and water in the measuring container and a pressure meter is used to measuring liquid pressure in measuring container. Computer controls to open or close each valves to container according to procedure and registers begin time and end time when liquid level reaches controlled level. Then, computer calculates percentage of water and average output of oil from a well . The system can be constructed in any size from one well to fifteen wells. It can measure and display temperature, pressure and process chart, and give an alarm when over temperature and over pressure happen, it can also print production table through a printer. The system soft is working under Windows 98, there is good interface to use it conveniently.
