摘要
在对江苏省农业综合开发所取得的成就进行简要回顾的基础上 ,分析了“十五”江苏省农业综合开发所面临的形势 ,阐述了开发的基本思路、原则以及所要实现的目标 ,明确了开发的具体任务 。
On the basis of brief review on the achievements of agricultural comprehensive development (ACD) in Jiangsu province, the present circumstance was analyzed, the instruction idea and principle were introduced, and the goals and tasks that should be accomplished during tenth five year period were pointed out. Some suggestions for ACD were also provided.
