摘要
以 8个品种 (杂交组合 )的肉兔为试材 ,利用 PAGE对血浆运铁蛋白 (Tf)、铜蓝蛋白 (Cp)、酯酶 -1 (Es-1 )和淀粉酶(Amy) 4个位点的蛋白多态性进行测定 ,并与其生产性能进行比较。结果表明 :Cp、Es-1、Amy 3个位点具有蛋白多态性。蛋白多态性与生产性能有密切的关系 ,Cp的 3种基因型对 1 0 0日龄体重、日增重均呈 AA<AB<BB,其 B基因为增效基因、A为减效基因 ,Cp的 A基因对 1 0 0日龄体重、日增重的平均效应分别为 -0 .0 2 6kg、-0 .3 67g,B基因分别为 0 .0 2 5kg、 0 .3 82 g;AA基因型 1 0 0日龄体重、日增重的育种值分别为 -0 .0 5 2 kg、 -0 .73 4g,AB分别为 -0 .0 0 1 kg、 0 .0 1 5 g,BB分别为 0 .0 5 0 kg、 0 .764g。Es-1的基因效应类似于 Cp,即 B基因为增效基因。A基因为减效基因 ;
The experiment was carried out with eight rabbit hybrids. Using vertical PAGE, the polymorphisms of four plasma proteins--transferrin (Tf), ceruloplasm (Cp), esterase 1 (Es 1) and amylase (Amy) were analysed. The result showed that Cp, Es 1, Amy were polymorphic. Studies on the relations between different genotypes of three protein loci and body weight at 100 days and daily gain weight, we found these genotypes showed AA<AB<BB. The averge effect of Cp A to body weight at 100 days and daily gain weight were -0.026 kg, -0.367 g respectively, and that of Cp B gene to them were 0.025 kg, 0.382 g. The breed values of Cp AA genotype to them were -0.052 kg, -0.734 g respectively, that of Cp AB were -0.001 kg, 0.015 g, that of BB were 0.050 kg, 0.764 g. Gene effect of Es 1 was similar to that of Cp, that is Es 1 B gene was positive effect gene and A gene was negative one. The productive abilities of 8 hybrids of 3 genotypes of Amy loci had no differences.
