摘要
统计了某医院 1995年 1月到 2 0 0 0年 12月重症胰腺炎治疗效果和医疗费用增长情况。结果发现近 3年与前 3年相比 ,重症胰腺炎的死亡率和住院时间都明显下降 ,但医疗费增长了 4 1.80 % ,药费增长 5 0 .30 % ,检查费增长 4 3.90 % ,治疗费基本稳定。结论认为医疗费用的增长有物价指数上涨和主观管理的原因 ,但也存在高科技、高疗效、高成本的医疗技术与国民生产水平和卫生经济承受能力低下的不平衡因素。不断提高医疗效果的同时 ,控制医疗费用的增长 ,要从加强卫生管理、发展医药工业、提高医生素质。
We have analyzed the date about the curative effect and medical fees increasing of the patient with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from 1995 to 2000. As result, the mortality rate and inhopital curative time had been significant decreased in recent three year, but the hospitalization expenses had been increased 41 80 percent. It's because some defects of administration and non balance of the advanced medical science and technology, and low health economic defraying capability. To improve the medical results, at the same time, control the medical fees increasing, we must devote to health management, increasing the doctor's quality, improving the relatinship of doctor and patient, developing our medical industry and medical insurance.\;
