摘要
目的 :了解血浆内皮素 (ET)、血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、血小板α -颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP - 1 4 0 )在糖尿病肾病的发生、发展过程中的浓度变化及相互关系。方法 :39例 2型糖尿病患者根据尿白蛋白排泄率 (UAER)分为三组 :①正常白蛋白尿组 (DMI组 ) 1 0例 ,UAER <2 0 μg/min ;②微量白蛋白尿组 (DM2组 ) 1 7例 ,UAER 2 0~ 2 0 0 μg/min ;③临床白蛋白尿组 (DM3组 ) 1 2例 ,UAER >2 0 0 μg/min ,同时与 2 7例正常对照用放射免疫法和免疫放射法测定其血浆中ET、TXB2 、GMP - 1 4 0含量。结果 :随着糖尿病病程的延长及肾功能受损程度的加重 ,ET、TXB2 、GMP- 1 4 0浓度呈递进增高趋势 (P <0 0 1 ) ,且相互间变化呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :三种活性物质在糖尿病肾病的发生、发展过程中相互作用 ,观察其浓度变化对探讨糖尿病的发病机理。
Objective To study the changes of plasma endothelium (ET), thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2) and platelet alpha-granule membraneglycoprotein (GMP-140) in patients of various stages of diabetic nephropathy and the Significarce. Methods Thirty-nine patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) were divided into three groups according to their urine albumin excretion rate (UAER): ①Group DM1: UAER>200μg/min, 10 cases. ②Group DM2: UAER 20~200μg/min, 17 cases. ③Group DM3: UAER<20μg/min, 12 cases. The plasma levels of ET, TXB 2 and GMP-140 were measured in those patients and 27 controls with RIA and IRMA. Results The results showed that the ET, TXB 2, GMP-140 leves were significantly increased ( P <0 01) and there was positive correlationship among each other. As diabetes aggravated the renal function were worsened. Conclusion Moritoring of plasma ET? TXB 2 and GMP-140 levels in DN patients would provide additional vahuable informatons in the evaluation of the disease mechanism, prevention and management.
