摘要
目的 :本实验从超微结构水平阐述诃子抗乌头碱致损伤的作用机理。方法 :实验动物分 组 (空白对照 ) , 组 (乌头碱损伤 ) , 组 (诃子保护组 )。于静脉注射乌头碱 1小时后处死动物 ,取出心肌制样 ,电镜下观察心肌细胞超微结构的变化 ,同时以镧离子作为示踪剂 ,检测心肌细胞膜的通透性。结果 : 组心肌细胞结构正常 ,膜完整 ,镧离子完全定位于细胞膜外侧 ; 组心肌细胞可见损伤 ,肌原纤维溶解、断裂 ,线粒体增生 ,肌质网扩张 ,闰盘扭曲 ,膜断裂 ,镧离子透过细胞膜定位于膜内侧 , 组细胞结构基本正常 ,膜损伤减轻 ,镧离子定位于膜外 ,膜内仅有个别镧离子。结论
Aim:To explore the protective mechanism of terminalia against myocardium injury induced by Aconitine at ultrastructure level.Methods:Experimental animals were dividecl into three groups:group one (control),group two (myocardium injury moclel damaged by Aconitine) and group three (Medicine Terminalia Truits).After one hour of giving Aconitine, killed the animals to obtain their myocardiums.Then made samples of electron microscopes to watch ultrastnutures and detect the permeability of myocardial membrance by usiny La 3+ as tracer.Results:Contrary to group two,the cell Structure of group three were better,but not as good as group one The membrance of group three were more complete than those of group two which had been damaged and admitted much La 3+ to enter into cells. Conclusion:Medicine Terminalia fruits can Protect the myocardiucns and myocardial membrance of rats and resist the injury induced by Aconiti injection.
