摘要
目的研制性能优良的人工骨材料并评价其相关性能。方法将珍珠层、聚乳酸、氯化钠按比例复合,利用模压增强法制备重组人工骨(NPCB)材料,检测其孔隙率、孔径、生物力学强度等性能参数,并与有机溶剂注模法制备的材料进行比较。结果研制的NPCB材料孔隙率为47.65%、孔径为218.83μm、压缩强度为16.10MPa、弯曲强度为60.18MPa。与有机溶剂注模法相比,模压增强法可使材料的压缩强度提高10倍以上。结论模压增强法可有效地增强NPCB的生物力学强度;NPCB材料的孔隙率、孔径、生物力学强度等性能均符合骨替代材料的要求。
Objective To explorea newbonesubstituteforbonegraftingandevaluateitsproperties.Methods Pressurized moldingof nacre,polylacticacidandNaClthatwereproportionallymixedwasperformedto obtainthebonegraftingmaterial,anditspropertiesas porosity,poresizeandmechanicalstrengthwerecomparedwiththoseof thematerialpreparedby solvent casting.Results Comparedwiththatof thematerialmadeby solventcasting,themechanicalstrengthof thenewartificial bonematerialwas10-foldstrongerwithan averageporosityrateof47.65%,poresizeof218.83μm,compressivestrengthof16.10MPaandflexuralstrengthof60.18MPa.Conclusions Thenewtechniqueadoptedinthisstudycaneffectivelyenhance thebiomechanicsof theartificialbonematerial,whichcanbe suitableforrepairingbonedefect.
