摘要
英语人名的翻译在遵从名从主人、标准汉音及约定俗成三个原则外 ,在许多场合还应作一些变通处理 ,如采纳音译法、音译加注法、释义法等 ,使人名的真实内涵得到体现 ,从而让译文读者得到与阅读原文一样的感受。
The translation of English personal names should follow three rules,namely follow the pronunciation of the owners,use the standard pronunciation of the Chinese character and adopt the estalished populaer translated names.And the method of transliteration is often employed.Besides,the methods of annotated transliteration and paraphrase are necessary in translation in many circumstances so as to reflect the real meaning of the English personal names and to achieve the same effect as the source language text and for the target language readers to obtain the same feelings.
