摘要
信息社会下的图书馆读者服务工作的发展 ,应确立“以人为本”的新观念 ,改变传统 ,多与读者进行互动式的交流 ,开拓各种服务方式 ,建立特色馆藏 ,增设特色服务项目 ,不断提高图书馆文献信息资源的利用率 ,以建立一种适应现代社会的良好服务体系 ,促进读者服务工作的发展。
The work of reader service in library must develop in the information society. It should be based on the humanism conception, and break the tradition. We must communicate with readers reciprocally. We can develop various ways of service, set up the individual feature, and increase new items about individual service. Then the rate of document information resource will be raised. If we establish a good service system to suit the modern society, we can promote the development of the reader service.
