摘要
设计与文化的关系是错综复杂、相辅相成的。首先 ,设计是文化的载体 ,受文化的影响与制约。对设计产生影响和作用的文化因素主要有社会发展、文化价值取向、传统文化、其他学科文化成果等。其次 ,设计是文化的缩影与见证 ,是某种文化现象 (如哲学观念、民族精神、重大历史事件、科学知识与技术 )的反映和缩影。再次 ,设计同时也部分地创造着文化 :设计本身就是一种文化 ;设计与其他文化成果相交 ,成为新的文化 ;设计对旧文化加以改造 ,使之成为新的文化。所以 ,设计与文化的关系是一种互动的关系。
The relationship between design and culture is complicated and they may at times complement each other. Firstly, design is the carrier of culture, it is restricted by culture in different aspects and at all levels, such as history, values of society, traditional culture, achievements of other subjects, science and technology and so on. Secondly, design is reflection of culture phenomenon, such as philosophy, national spirits, science and technology and so on. Thirdly, design has in turn created new cultures and reformed old cultures to adapt them to the development of the society. The relationship between them is actually a process of interaction.
