摘要
目前 ,我国已建立了 5 3个国家级高新技术园区 ,经多年发展 ,许多园区已进入产业化阶段。进入 2 1世纪 ,为进一步加快我国高新技术园区的发展 ,我们必须正视当前我国园区建设中存在的忽视创新环境的培育等问题。园区建设离不开创新环境 ,培育创新环境其目标要与园区发展总体目标相一致 ,优化创新环境需要对环境要素组成的结构及其功能进行系统优化 ,以便依托环境优势推动我国高新技术园区在 2 1世纪得到持续快速发展。
At present,53 national high and new technology areas have been set up and some of them have stepped into the stage of industrialization.In order to quicken the development of the areas in 21st century,we must confront the fault of neglecting the cultivation of innovative environment when building the areas,as the areas can hardly be developed without the innovative environment,the aim of the work is in line with the long term objective,and it needs to optimize the whole system of the structure comprised by environmental foctors and the function etc.With the intention and through the leading function to practise theory,we can achieve a sustained and high speed development of the areas in China in 21st century.
