摘要
探讨了西部“贫困综合症”之症解 ,西部教育资源开发与西部经济发展相结合 ,并提出了西部教育资源开发中要更新观念 ,进行结构调整 ,培养更多西部开发所需的人才。
The diagnosis of the 'Poverty Syndrome' in western regions is addressed. It is held that the development of the educational resources in western regions should be combined with the economic development in the regions. Furthermore, the paper suggests that in the development of the educational resources in western regions, the ideas should be renewed, the structure be readjusted and more talented personnel for the development of western regions be cultivated.
