摘要
设计和制作了新型结构的金属蒸气激光放电管 .用钡为激光介质 ,通过纵向高频快脉冲放电激励 ,在国内首次实现波长为 1 13μm和 1 5 0 μm的红外钡蒸气激光振荡 ,激光成分主要集中在 1 5 0 μm这条谱线上 ,激光输出功率和功率密度分别达 1 2W和 33 3mW cm3 .
A new-style discharge tube for metal vapor laser has been designed and built. The infrared barium vapor laser of two wavelengths at 1.13μm and 1.50μm was first obtained in inland while barium was used as a laser medium. The laser components were concentrated on the 1.50μm wavelength. The maximum laser output power and power density were 1.2W and 33.3mW/cm 3 respectively. Dependences of some parameters on laser output characteristics have been measured and discussed.
