摘要
报道了无水AlCl3 与季铵盐形成的离子液体 (ionicliquid)催化邻二甲苯与 1,2 -二氯乙烷烷基化反应 ,反应产物为 1,2 -双 (3,4 -二甲基苯基 )乙烷。短碳链季铵盐四丁基溴化铵或三乙胺盐酸盐与无水AlCl3 形成的离子液体具有与产物易于分离的优点 ,1,2 -双 (3,4 -二甲基苯基 )乙烷的分离产率为 4 0 %~ 6 0 %。催化剂重复使用四次目标产物的产率和纯度没有明显的变化。长链季铵盐溴代十六烷吡啶和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵与无水AlCl3 形成的离子液体溶解在反应物和产物中 ,使得产物与催化剂较难分离 ,这主要是长链季铵盐在有机溶剂中的溶解度较大的原因所致。
The alkylation of oxylene with 1,2-dichloroethane catalyzed by ionic liquid formed from anhydrous AlCl 3 and quaternary ammonium salt is investigated. The product is 1,2-bis(3,4-dimethylphenyl)ethane. The ionic liquids formed from anhydrous AlCl 3 with low-carbon-chain quaternary ammonium salt such as tetrabutylammonium bromide or triethylamine hydrochloride exhibit the advantage of easy separation from reaction mixture. The isolated yield of 1,2-bis(3,4-dimethylphenyl)ethane is in the range of 40% ~60 %. The isolated yield and purity of target product do not change obviously after the ionic liquid catalyst is reused four times. The ionic liquids formed from anhydrous AlCl 3 with high-carbon-chain quaternary ammonium salt such as hexadecylpyridine bromide or hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide are soluble in the reaction mixture, which causes the difficulties in separating the product from catalyst.
