摘要
目的：探讨针刺耳门穴在治疗偏头痛方面的临 床应用价值。方法：将２１６例患者随机分为针刺耳门穴１０６例和西药对 照１１０例进行治疗观察。结果：治疗组治愈率为６３．２％，对照组治愈率 为２１．８％，Ｘ２＝１５．６９，Ｐ＜０．００５。两组有效率比较，Ｘ２＝８．３７， Ｐ＜０．００５。两组１５分钟和３０分钟有效率分别为７３．６％和２４．５％、７１．７％和３３．６％， Ｘ２＝５１．９６和３１．３４，Ｐ＜０．００５，差异极显著。结论：此法取穴 少，是一种有临床价值的治疗方法。
Purpose To probe into clinical application valuation of acupuncture of Ermen(TE 21) in treatment of migraine. Me thods Two hundred and sixteen cases were randomly divided into acupu ncture group(106 cases) and western medicine group(110 cases) and their therapeu tic effects were compared. Results The cured rate was 63 .2% in the treatment group and 21.8% in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.005) between the two groups; Also, there was a significa nt difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P<0.005); Th e effective rates at 15 min and 30 min were 73.6% and 24.5% in the treatment g roup and 71.7% and 33.6% in the control group respectively, with a significant difference(P<0.005). Conclusion This therapy is a treatment method with clinical valuation for migraine.
