摘要
目的 :观察颅痛安颗粒对实验动物家兔血液流变学指标的影响。方法 :采用全自动血流变快测仪(FASCO - 30 30型 )观测不同剂量颅痛安颗粒对肾上腺素所致血瘀家兔模型的血液流变学指标的影响 ,同时设置空白对照组、模型组、正天丸对照组以作对比 ,并将结果进行统计学检验。结果 :颅痛安颗粒能明显降低血瘀家兔模型的全血粘度 (高切、中切、低切 )、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间、卡松屈服应力。结论 :颅痛安颗粒能明显改善实验动物家兔的血液流变学指标 。
Objective: Blood high viscosity plays an important role in the pathogenesis of Vascular Headache (Migraine).The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of Lutong'an Granule on hemorheologic parameters. Methods: Thirty-six rabbits were divided into six groups(three test groups, two control groups and one model group), Hemorheologic parameters were measured by FASCO-3030. Results: Lutong'an Granule significantly decreased blood η b,plasma η b, HCT, VAL, etc. There was significant difference between the six groups. And the effect of Lutong'an Granule increased with its dosage increasing. Conclusion :These suggest that RBC disaggregation and HCT decreasing may be the important mechanism to protect Vascular Headache (Migraine).
