摘要
区域经济发展问题早在 2 0世纪 2 0年代 ,就已开始受到发达资本主义国家的重视。美国曾经也是区域经济不平衡的国家 ,二战以后美国为了缩小地区经济的差异 ,逐步实施了一系列具有全国影响的区域经济政策 ,取得良好的社会效果。本文通过对美国区域经济状况、联邦政府政策实施的分析 ,认真研究美国在解决缩小落后地区经济差距 ,协调地区经济发展关系的做法、思路 ,并试图通过总结其特点 。
The United States implimented a series of regional economic policies in post war years and gained positive results.This paper analyzes the regional economic situations of the U.S. and the policy practices of the Federal Government,and studies the measures and ideas America applied in narrowing the economic gap and coordinating the economic development between different regions of the country.It tries to draw experience and lessons from the U.S. practice for Chian's development of its west.
