摘要
随着我国经济体制改革的深入和加入WTO ,实现人民币的自由兑换是中国发展市场经济的要求 ,也是我国加强与世界各国经济合作的重要保证。而资本帐户的可兑换已成为人民币走向完全可兑换的核心内容。如何通过恰当的战略和政策安排最大限度地实现资本帐户开放的利益 ,并尽量避免风险已成为我国面临的重要课题。
With the economic system reform and entered into WTO,it's necessary to realize the free exchange of Renminbi.The free exchange of capital account is the key element to the complete free exchange of Renminbi.Gaining maximum advantage and avoiding risks of free exchange with proper strategies and policeis are very important tasks to our country.
