摘要
本文论述了在高等院校实施素质教育的重要性 ,并强调在高等教育阶段应将传授知识 ,培养能力和提高全面素质有机结合起来。
This article elaborates the importance of carrying out quality education in colleges and emphasizes that high education should combine the imparting of knowledge, the cultivating of abilities and the improving of quality together.
