摘要
通过分析西部人力资源的基本状况 ,从教育经济学的角度 ,阐述教育对经济的作用。说明西部开发应转变教育观念 ,发挥教育的产业性。大力兴办教育 。
This paper analyzes the fundamental situation of human resource in Chinese west regions. According to the views of education economics, the paper illustrates the role of education in economic development, and expresses that traditional education idea should be reformed. During the west development, local authorities should work hard to develop the industry function of education, so as to serve west economic increase.
