摘要
绩效评估是对员工在某一时期内的工作情况进行评价的过程 ,是人力资源开发与管理中的重要内容。这一评价过程受许多因素影响 ,其评价结果对员工下一阶段的工作效率有直接影响 ,特别是对员工的工作满意度有很大影响。
The achievement evaluation is a process of the evaluating the staff's work condition in certain time by organization. It also is the chief content in management and in manpower resource exploiting. There are a lot of factors to influence the process. There is also a straight influence to staff's work efficiency for the consequence of evaluation in the next stage, especially there is an important influence to staff's work content dimension.
