摘要
韩国为了解决因忽视农业和农村经济而产生的一系列问题 ,颁布了新的《农业、农村基本法》和《农业协同组合法》 .
To solve the problems caused by neglecting agriculture and the economics in rural area,the Korea goverment issued new 'Basic Law on Agruculture and Villages' and 'Agricultural Cooperation and Cornbination Code'.
