茄子耐冷性生理生化指标的研究 被引量:68

摘要 研究了 8个耐冷性不同的茄子材料对低温的反应。结果表明 ,茄子的耐冷性与电导率在 5℃下呈显著负相关 ,与可溶性糖含量及脯氨酸含量均呈显著正相关 ,且材料间差异较明显 ;18℃下种子活力指数与茄子的耐冷性呈极显著正相关。 Eight eggplant varieties were studied for their chilling tolerance identification by using chilling index under low temperature stress, seed vigor index, electric conductivity percentage, soluble sugar content and Pro content target test. The results showed that electric conductivity percentage at 5℃ had significant negative correlation with the cold tolerance of the varieties, vigor index of seed at 18℃ had high significant positive correlation with the cold tolerance of the varieties, soluble sugar and Pro content at 5℃ had significant positive correlation with the cold tolerance of the varieties ,and the differences were obvious among the varieties. These determined items may be used as the indices of chilling tolerance of eggplants.
