该文阐述了在新的世纪里妇幼卫生改革与发展的趋势，指出妇幼卫生在国民经济发展中的重要地位，着重论述了21世纪的妇幼卫生工作方针，以及在新的形势下，妇幼保健机构改革的深化和创立新的服务模式，以及妇幼合作项目、妇幼健康教育、妇幼卫生与其他学科的联系都将得到加强。
This paper set forth the trendency of MCH reform and development in the new century, point out the important position of MCH in the national economic development, expose MCH work guiding principle in 21th century , and under the new circumstances deepen material and children health organization reform and establish new service model, strengthen MCH cooperation items, educations , the relationship of MCH and the other subjects.
